Rosary College Prep serves young women committed to the school’s mission, values, and college preparatory program. We welcome students with diverse academic, leadership, athletic, and artistic strengths who will thrive in and contribute to our unique all-girls, faith-filled, academically excellent community.

  • Apply

    Prospective students should submit either a transfer application or incoming student application prior to sitting for the Entrance Exam. Note that it is free to apply, but you will need to create an online account.
  • Take the Entrance Exam

    Incoming Freshmen
    All applicants must take the High School Placement Test (HSPT). Admission decisions are based on the HSPT, grade school transcripts, and input from parents and teachers. Students are admitted when Rosary’s resources can meet their educational needs. 

    The testing fee is $45, and registration will open soon for the Class of 2031 exams. 

    Class of 2031 Practices and Exam Dates
    Note that practices are also girls only. 
    • Practice Exams
      • Saturday, Oct. 4, 8 a.m. 
      • Sunday, Nov. 15, 10 a.m. 
    • Entrance Exams (choose one)
      NOTE: To be considered for scholarships, students must take the Entrance Exam in December. 
      • Saturday, December 5*, 9 a.m. 
      • Saturday, December 12*, 8 a.m. OR
      • Saturday, January 23, 9 a.m.
    Transfer Students
    Transfer applications are considered at the start of each semester (unless due to relocation). Admission is based on academic records and a screening process to ensure alignment with Rosary’s mission. Accepted students’ transcripts are used to plan their academic program.
  • Apply for Financial Assistance (optional)

    If you feel that Rosary is the right place for you/your student, we’ll make sure finances don’t stand in the way. To help you manage tuition costs, financial aid is available, thanks to the Dominican Sisters’ subsidy and donors’ gifts to the school’s Ignite Fund. 

    All families who may be in need of assistance are encouraged to apply for financial aid through the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment website. You will need to create a User ID and password. All forms must be submitted by December 31 in order to be considered for the following school year.
